We always value our customer feedback and letting us know when you are not happy gives us the opportunity to put things right and improve our service for all our customers.

Who to contact

We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours.

It may sometimes take longer to fully investigate a situation and in these cases we aim to find a resolution within 10 working days. We undertake to

  • Let you know who will be looking after your complaint
  • To deal with it fairly, confidentially and effectively
  • Keep you regularly updated with progress

If you are still not happy

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the outcome you can contact Richard Palfreeman our Managing Director on 020 8799 3370 who will further review the outcome. Following the conclusion of our investigation, a written statement expressing our final view will be sent to you. If you are still not satisfied at this stage, you can ask The Property Ombudsman service to help. Northfields fully supports and is a member of The Property Ombudsman. Any referral must be made within 6 months of our final view. The Property Ombusdman is impartial and offer independent investigations.
