Terms and conditions

• Offer valid for new customers who have not previously used Northfields for a property transaction.
• Offer valid for successful property transaction with Northfields, resulting from the recommendation process, upon financial and contractual sale/rental/buy/let completion.
• To claim the £50 the form must be completed by the existing Northfields client and the referrer must advise the person recommended that they have been referred.
• Offer open until 31st December 2008.
• Our £50 'thank you' and donations to charities are inclusive of VAT.
• It will take a couple of weeks for payments to be made after the property completion date.
• We reserve the right to decline the recommendation.
