- Offer valid for recommending new customers who have not previously used Northfields for a property transaction.
- Offer valid for successful property transaction with Northfields, resulting from the recommendation process, upon financial and contractual sale/rental/buy/let completion.
- To claim the £50 a form must be completed by the existing Northfields client and the referrer must advise the person recommended that they have been referred.
- Our £50 'thank you' and donations to charities are inclusive of VAT.
- It will take a couple of weeks for payments to be made after the property completion date.
- We reserve the right to decline the recommendation.
