The Northfields Graduate Trainee Programme was created to attract the brightest and most driven new graduates through a combination of multi-award winning training, attractive salaries (OTE £35k p/a) and fast track career progression.

Training is the key to a happy, high-performing workforce, exceptionally satisfied customers and sustained business growth. That's why we have hired an Employee Development Consultant and our own Head of Training and Development. Furthermore, in 2006 we invested in a dedicated training suite.

When you join Northfields we assess your learning style, so that training can be tailored to suit the way you learn. You will have regular opportunities to participate in stimulating training sessions that provide motivation and success in your day-to-day job and to help you progress in the company.
