Job description

Salary Details:  £19,000 pa to £23,000 pa subject to experience
Full -time role; Monday to Friday
Private health care available after 6 months

You will be required to:

  • To ensure all documentation is prepared and agreed for the effective let of a property
  • To oversee the smooth move in process of all lets agreed
  • To work as part of the team
  • To understand the Northfields values and implement them positively each day
  • To provide full administrative support to the whole team to ensure administration and
    marketing is carried out effectively
  • Always ensure high quality customer care at all times
  • To ensure all branch marketing activities are carried to agreed standards

Key tasks

  • To ensure all systems and procedures are complied with
  • Administer all preparation for all properties to the market to company standard
  • Change of tenancies
  • Coordinate with renewals where appropriate
  • Addendums
  • Ad hoc mid tenancy queries
  • Preparation of paperwork for court attendance
  • Making third party referrals eg Virgin media
  • Setting up rent and/or legal insurance for tenancies as required
  • Chase landlords for signed contracts and liaise with them regarding deal progression
  • Qualify and register applicants and potential Landlords to company standards
  • To answer telephone calls and greet visitors as necessary, ensuring callers’ needs are noted and actioned by team colleagues when other colleagues are busy
  • Monitor incoming cheques, PDQ payments, rent payments, banking and PDQ end of day banking, ensuring accounts communication is up to date at all times for both sales and lettings
  • Book non-managed check outs for the lettings portfolio
  • Create letters from Veco instruction/exchange/offer letters and fall throughs etc
  • Maintain and keep updated dashboard and online data which is required
  • Dead filing and archiving and entering into and maintaining dead filing system
  • Money laundering file to be maintained and updated
  • Land registry searches on request
  • Other reasonable tasks as required
