4. Know anyone looking for a Saturday job? We have a vacancy in our busy Ealing Broadway office

Penny Smith presented our CEO Richard Palfreeman and our MD Nick Devonport with the Estate Agency of the Year award 2013 for Training & Development – don't know what is shinier, the award or Penny's dress!

Estate agency is not about property.  Not really.  It is about people.  Finding people the right home to suit their life and their needs.  Then to support them through the sometimes stressful (although hopefully exciting) process of moving.  And you need great people to do that.  At Northfields we know that talent and attitude matter.  We like to find people that care enought to be the best they can be.  And we've been recognised by the Times/Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year awards for our Training and Development.  Because people matter.
