What can I say!! After a bad experience with Lawrence Rand estate agents, we decided to market our property with Gibbs Gillespie. From the very start, Tommy was reassuring, warm, and realistic in setting expectations — all of which were delivered. Edyta kept us informed throughout the entire process, which was relatively smooth and a complete night-and-day difference compared to Lawrence Rand’s robotic and non-communicative approach. My wife and I have just completed the sale of our property on Westfield Rd in Ealing. The sale took many months and not without a few hiccups along the way, however Abraham, Adam, and Gareth all did a great job, and went over and above to help us out - even visiting the property to water plants while we took an extended summer break!
