My experience with Gibbs Gillespie has been largely good. Their estimated rent was good and they achieved it for me in reasonable time with good tenants. Even when I developed cold feet, Claire assured me and ensured that the objectives are achieved in full All this was done for a competitive fee as well. Due to the nature of my tenant (insurance company paid rent), there were a couple of delay in communication which could have been averted which is more of a learning point for Gibbs rather than a complaint. I look forward to a long relationship with Gibbs. Highly recommend.

Zoe Lynch managed my property and when I had an issue with a tenant she was incredibly supportive and helped me work through the process step by step. She was mindful that I was overwhelmed with other things happening in my life and was kind and patient, delicately reminding me of actions and supporting the process.
