My experience of the letting team at Gibbs-Gillespie is that they provide an absolutely first-rate service. They really care about renters and landlords, and just get things done efficiently. I had a great experience with the agent Divina Cole. When I filed a complaint to repair the boiler, her response was quick and she immediately sent a specialist to fix the defect. When she found that it needed to be replaced, she made every effort to buy the device on the same day and get an appointment to install it the next day. This is a result of her interest in completing the work in record time. She has all my thanks and appreciation.
