All of our homes will be photographed by our professional photographer, ensuring that the ‘first impression’ is the best it can be. We ask that you ensure your home is clean & tidy, and that clutter is removed prior to your appointment with our photographer.
Even before COVID19 entered our lives, we were using video to full effect in our agency. Video is the top medium for engagement online, and with restrictions on physical viewings, it is now essential to our business. We organise video viewings at the outset of marketing.
We find that our applicants want to envisage themselves living in a property, even before they visit it in person. That’s why floorplans are so handy and often viewers have used them to position their furniture before they turn up at the property. It is always a good sign!
We understand that the ‘printed brochure’ is not as favourable as it once was, not only for ecological sustainability but also because less people walk into the office (even before COVID19) and ask for printed details. That said we still produce beautiful brochures for all homes on our website, which can be downloaded.

Instagram is our newest platform, but the one we are seeing great results from. We post our beautiful properties using relevant hashtags and often add stories for maximum exposure. We believe that this is one of the best platforms for showcasing our fabulous listings.
