Seizing the opportunity
Each member of the team has their own story, but one of our very favourite recruitment tales is that of Renewals Coordinator, Suzanne.
A couple of times a year (pre-pandemic) we would hold a recruitment event a couple of times a year with drinks, nibbles, and giving potential applicants the opportunity to learn more about working in the property industry by having a chat to current staff.
Suzanne saw this advertised, and thought it was a recruitment drive for businesses in the Northfields area. When she turned up and it wasn’t what she thought, she could have turned away but she didn’t, and the rest, as they say, is history!
