Almost two years ago, Ernest visited us for a recruitment evening – he brought his CV along to our office and is now a top lettings negotiator!
After walking through the door, he met with two members of the Northfields team, Charmaine and Mike and had an informal chat about his background, and what it’s like working at Northfields. Charmaine and Mike thought he would be a great fit for joining the Northfields team so the informal chat turned into an interview the following day with CEO Richard, and Lettings Director, Beth.
It was a quick process, with Ernest being offered the role of Lettings Negotiator. “Shortly after, I was offered the job and haven’t looked back since!”
Ernest has also loved the “great training” in his time with us so far. We have great staff training and development opportunities – we provide expert coaching and in-house training from some of the top industry experts.
“There’s a lovely team ethos within the company. The door is always open, never closed and your opinion matters.”
Throughout his time with us, Ernest has won Lettings Negotiator of the Month on numerous occasions.
“In addition to a healthy commission structure, I’ve been taken out for breakfast at The Ritz by the CEO, and Lettings Director and am looking forward to a trip to Prague at the end of the year.”
