Josh left school at 18 to work in the banking industry with Metro bank before deciding to go back to school after a year to study Business. He balanced a full time waiting job alongside school before deciding he would rather work than study. For a few months after this, he worked with his Mum, a property developer, helping with her most recent developments which became a serviced accommodation business overseen by Josh. After a while he decided to take his own path with property and joined Northfields for his first Lettings Negotiator job.
Josh’s proudest moment was winning the weekly Thumb Competition here with Northfields and helping his first client secure their dream home all in the same week.
Little known fact
Since he was 14 he has travelled all over the world, from the US to Australia and everywhere in between, taking part in various personal development events. Another known fact about Josh was he was also born with an extra thumb which got removed when he was much younger, leaving a scar in the shape of an H. On the same hand, his surviving thumb looks constantly dislocated and he is completely unable to bend it.
