Northfields Estate Agents was established in Ealing in 1986 and has grown under the leadership of Richard Palfreeman, from one office on Northfield Avenue, to the four branch network of today. Northfields has a host of experience to offer each and every one of our clients, and we take a lot of pride in training and developing our staff to provide fabulous service throughout the buying, selling or renting experience.
Our sales and lettings executives have great industry and local knowledge so we endeavour to highlight their individual skills online as well as in our offices. You can read all about the team members on our blog, or see them on our videos or social media platforms. They are always around in the local community, giving talks at local schools or participating in charity events.
The customer is the most important part of our work life and we hope that our website reflects everything our customers want in order to make the moving process as easy and stress-free as possible. However, if you find there is something missing or would like to make a suggestion, please do so by clicking HERE.
Thank you and good luck with your property journey.
We have a fantastic team of talented and enthusiastic people working at Northfields, all wanting to be of assistance to you during the usually stressful process of moving home. Our aim is to help you to thoroughly enjoy the experience and take all the tricky parts away so that you don’t have to worry. Of course, we know that sometimes it’s impossible for the journey to run completely smoothly, but we are here to get everything back on track as quickly as possible and to minimise any down-time.
At Northfields we’re always conscious that viewing properties and discussing your needs is often not possible during working hours. Because of this, we strive to be available as much as possible, if not face-to-face then over the phone, and if not over the phone then on our Livechat function on the website.
At Northfields we’re always receptive to when our staff go over and above the call of duty. For instance, if a member of the team gets some excellent feedback from a client or is noticeably going the extra mile to help, they could be on the receiving end of a trip to Barcelona, Berlin or brunch at the Ritz compliments of Chief Executive Richard Palfreeman.
Rewarding the team for doing the extra bit for clients is mutually beneficial, as it ensures everyone is working towards some tangible goals and means our clients get the best out of our team. A little friendly competition never hurt anyone!
Without blowing our own trumpets, we think winning over 35 national awards is pretty special. It’s far and beyond the average amount for an agency and definitely means that we offer some of the finest service in the UK. Our most recent win was a silver award for our website at last year’s Sunday Times awards, which highlighted our fantastic customer engagement and community connections online. The hope is that all this community outreach and care put into our user’s experience will help local businesses and provoke more people to pick up the phone.
