Northfields Estate Agents was established in Ealing in 1986 and has grown under the leadership of Richard Palfreeman, from one office on Northfield Avenue, to the four branch network of today. Northfields has a host of experience to offer each and every one of our clients, and we take a lot of pride in training and developing our staff to provide fabulous service throughout the buying, selling or renting experience.
Our sales and lettings executives have great industry and local knowledge so we endeavour to highlight their individual skills online as well as in our offices. We have a fantastic team of talented and enthusiastic people working at Northfields, all wanting to be of assistance to you during the usually stressful process of moving home. Our aim is to help you to thoroughly enjoy the experience and take all the tricky parts away so that you don’t have to worry. Of course, we know that sometimes it’s impossible for the journey to run completely smoothly, but we are here to get everything back on track as quickly as possible and to minimise any down-time.
At Northfields we’re always conscious that viewing properties and discussing your needs is often not possible during working hours. Because of this, we strive to be available as much as possible, if not face-to-face then over the phone, and if not over the phone then on our Livechat function on the website.
At Northfields we’re always receptive to when our staff go over and above the call of duty. For instance, if a member of the team gets some excellent feedback from a client or is noticeably going the extra mile to help, they could be on the receiving end of a trip to Barcelona, Berlin or brunch at the Ritz compliments of Chief Executive Richard Palfreeman.

Without blowing our own trumpets, we think winning over 35 national awards is pretty special.
